Yes. Each customer gets their own isolated database. EU and US regions are live and chosen when your workspace is created.
Yes. Hosted e-signing is included on all editions.
Yes. An active API integration, such as your ERP connection, counts as one paid user. Deactivate it and it stops counting. A second ERP is a second integration and a second user.
