Introduce a business to Fratera and earn 20% of eligible subscription revenue, paid quarterly, for up to three years while they remain an active, paying customer.
If you work with businesses on procurement, finance, legal operations or technology, you probably recognise the signs. Contracts sit in shared folders. Renewal dates depend on someone’s spreadsheet. Supplier information is scattered across departments, and approvals move through email without a clear view of who is responsible for the next decision.
You may already help clients address these problems. You identify the gaps, recommend better controls and introduce more effective ways of working. But advice needs somewhere to become everyday practice. Once the project ends, the client still needs to run the approval process, maintain the supplier relationship and act before the next contract deadline.
Fratera’s partner programme connects that practical need with a commercial opportunity: recommend a platform that fits your client, and earn recurring commission when your introduction becomes a paying customer.
A useful introduction starts with a problem you recognise
The strongest recommendation is not “you should buy another system.” It is “there is a more practical way to manage the work you are already struggling with.”
Perhaps you are a procurement consultant helping a growing business establish supplier ownership. A fractional CFO trying to understand contractual commitments before approving more spend. A legal advisor who repeatedly receives agreements without the commercial context. Or an IT service provider whose client needs better oversight of software suppliers, security reviews and renewal dates.
In each case, the problem extends beyond storing documents. The business needs to connect information, responsibilities and decisions. Who owns this supplier? What was approved? Has the risk assessment been completed? Who needs to sign? When must someone decide whether to renew?
Those are useful starting points for a Fratera introduction. You do not need to manufacture a software requirement. You need to recognise when an existing operational problem would benefit from a more connected way of working.
What you are recommending
Fratera brings contract and supplier management together in a procurement-focused workspace. Its vendor-centred approach keeps agreements in the context of the wider supplier relationship, rather than treating every contract as an isolated file.
That matters because the work rarely stays inside one document. A supplier may have several agreements, different internal stakeholders, an open risk assessment and a renewal approaching. Keeping those elements connected helps the next person make a decision without reconstructing the history from inboxes and folders.
Core provides the contract foundation, supplier records, renewal visibility, standard approvals and e-signing. Pro SRM extends that foundation with configurable workflows, assessments and deeper supplier relationship management. Depending on the client’s needs and chosen edition, Fratera can support the practical processes behind a recommendation: collecting information, assigning reviews, recording outcomes and moving an agreement through approval and signature.
The point is not to promise every specialist capability found in the largest enterprise procurement suites. It is to give clients a usable, connected foundation for the work they need to control—and to check that the fit is right before they commit.
Turn your recommendation into recurring income
The commercial model is straightforward. For an eligible referred customer, Fratera pays the partner 20% of subscription revenue received, net of refunds and taxes, for up to 36 months from the customer’s first paid subscription day. Commission is paid quarterly and continues while the customer remains active and paying.
For illustration, if a referred client pays $10,000 in eligible subscription fees each year, the commission is $2,000 per year: $10,000 multiplied by 20%. If that eligible spend remains unchanged and the customer stays active and paying throughout the full three-year period, the total would be $6,000.
That is an illustration, not a guaranteed return. Actual earnings depend on the subscription revenue received and the programme’s eligibility terms. One-off services and custom surcharges are excluded, and annual prepayments are allocated to the quarters they cover.
The opportunity is nevertheless meaningful: an introduction you make because it genuinely helps a client can also create an income stream for your business.
You make the introduction. Fratera handles the product conversation.
A referral should not require you to become a software salesperson or take responsibility for supporting a platform.
Under Fratera’s referral programme, your role is to identify a suitable business and make the introduction. Fratera handles the product conversation, onboarding and ongoing service. You can bring your understanding of the client’s situation without needing to answer every technical or product question yourself.
This division of responsibilities lets the recommendation stay grounded in your expertise. You understand why the client needs clearer approval ownership, better contract visibility or more consistent supplier reviews. Fratera can then explore how the platform fits that requirement.
The programme is relevant to procurement consultants, interim and fractional leaders, finance and legal advisors, accountants, IT service providers and MSPs. Existing Fratera customers can also refer peers under the same programme terms.
How the referral works
Start by contacting Fratera to join the programme and arrange the referral agreement. When you have a potential client in mind, register the company and contact before they sign up.
Referral attribution follows the first eligible registration. Fratera confirms within five business days whether the lead is available; leads already in its pipeline are excluded. The referral window runs for six months from registration to the customer’s first payment.
Your contact then explores Fratera and decides whether to subscribe. If they become an eligible paying customer within that window, commission starts from their first paid subscription day. After each eligible quarter, Fratera provides a statement and pays the commission due.
Registering the introduction early matters. It establishes attribution before the product discussion progresses and gives both sides a clear basis for the relationship.

Protect the trust behind your recommendation
Your credibility is worth more than any single referral. Recommend Fratera where the client’s needs and the product’s capabilities align, and be transparent about the commercial relationship behind the introduction.
A client who needs more structured contract operations, connected supplier information and practical approval processes may be a strong candidate. A client with highly specialised requirements should have those requirements explored directly before anyone assumes the platform will meet them.
The same clarity applies to the partnership itself. The standard programme is a referral arrangement, not a reseller or white-label agreement. Referrals of your own organisation or affiliates are excluded. Resale and white-label opportunities require a separate conversation with Fratera.
A short referral agreement governs participation and the applicable commission terms. Clear expectations help protect the relationship between you, your client and Fratera from the beginning.
Know a business that would benefit?
You may already know a company that has outgrown its spreadsheets, shared folders and email approvals. It could be a current advisory client, a business in your professional network or a peer who regularly describes the same contract and supplier-management frustrations.
A well-timed introduction can help that business establish a more practical way of working. With Fratera’s partner programme, it can also reward you for recognising the opportunity and making the connection.
Recommend Fratera. Help the right client move forward. Earn a share of the value you introduce.
