Fratera serves procurement teams between two unsatisfying answers: a shared drive plus a
spreadsheet, or an enterprise CLM programme that takes months to implement.

It is procurement-first. The vendor is a first-class record with agreements, commitment,
renewals, risks, QBRs and interactions around it. The contract is not treated as an
isolated document or the supplier as a free-text tag.
